Hi everyone,
It’s been a challenging 12 months for our business and together we’ve experienced a lot of change, but this is our opportunity to reconnect and celebrate the progress we have made. It will also help to ensure that we are all focussed on delivering our plans for the future.
The title of this year’s event is: The Time is Now: Unleashing our potential, Accelerating our opportunity, Enabling our future. This is all about recognising that we have to act now and evolve our strategy to help us unlock the opportunity we have ahead of us.
As well as sharing our commercial plans and updated strategy for FY25, we will also be introducing our new company-wide values that define our culture and how we work. Unfortunately, this year, there will be a reduced attendee list to reflect the fact that we are behind against our budget. As an attendee, you will be required to cascade the key messages with your teams in the two weeks after the event, so please come with the mindset that you are representing your function.
It all kicks off at 10am on Tuesday 23 April at East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham.
